Dr. Ralph D. Wade, DO
Dr. Ralph Wade is a Utah native who has been practicing in the Bountiful area since 1989. He is a graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa. He studied at Weber State for his undergraduate degree in Finance. He is a Board Certified physician in Family Medicine. He completed his residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital. Dr. Wade enjoys treating all ages of patients and is on most all insurance plans.
Over the last eleven years he has developed an interest in cosmetic procedures and has trained with renowned experts in the field. Now with hundreds of successful procedures and satisfied patients, he has become one of the most sought after practitioners in this space.
